Our brand of “Supply Chain” consulting is unlike most others.  We deliver superior end to end results which automatically incorporate operating models, lean principles, enabling technology, make:buy strategy, procurement and logistics in a holistic approach linked to business, not purchasing, strategy.  Supply Chain in more recent years has been dumbed down into engagements solely delivering constituent parts for tactical ends – this is not the Expedience way.
